How much do prep and fulfillment cost?
Every step is priced per unit: $0.15 for receiving and inspection, $0.25 for a barcode label, $0.35 for a poly-bag and so on. Most batches land between $0.40 and $1.20 per unit all-in. DTC pick & pack is quoted per order. The calculator above uses our real rates — the quote you get will match it for standard-size items.
How fast do you turn inventory around?
24–48 hours from check-in to “shipped” for standard prep, whichever marketplace it goes to. DTC orders placed before 2 pm leave the same day. Big kitting jobs are scheduled on the day we receive them. Need it faster? The rush lane gets your batch out within 24 hours.
Do I have to buy channel management to use the warehouse?
No. Both work on their own. Many clients start with prep only and hand us listings, ads and new channels a few months later, once they see how we work. Management plans start at $1,500 a month.
Why New Jersey and Delaware?
Both hubs sit within one day’s drive of dozens of Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop fulfillment centers, major UPS and FedEx hubs, and the ports of New York–New Jersey and Philadelphia. Delaware also has no sales tax, which matters if you buy supplies or ship locally.
What happens if a marketplace rejects a shipment?
If it’s our mistake, we pay for the rework and the reship — no arguments. Every station is on camera and every batch is photographed, so we can prove what left our dock and fight the marketplace’s errors for you too.
Do you need my seller account logins?
Never your main login. On Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, TikTok Shop and Shopify we work through a separate user with only the permissions we need — or through shipment plans you create yourself. Your account, brand, data and inventory always stay yours.
Which marketplaces and platforms do you work with?
Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Target Plus and your own website — plus wholesale and retail orders. One pool of inventory ships to all of them from the same shelf, so you never overstock one channel while another sells out.
Is there a minimum volume or a long contract?
No hard minimum, and one-off batches are welcome. It usually makes financial sense from around 500 units a month. Everything is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice — we keep clients by doing good work, not by contract.
