1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of stovelogistic.com (the “site”), operated by Stovelo Ltd, 1220 N DuPont Hwy, Suite 4, Dover, DE 19901, USA. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The site describes our services. Actual prep, fulfillment and channel management work is governed by a separate written service agreement with each client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

2. Using the site

• Use the site only for lawful purposes and to learn about or request our services.
• Give us accurate information when you fill in a form.
• Don’t try to break, overload or scrape the site, or send spam through its forms.

3. Prices and the calculator

Prices on the site, including the batch calculator, are indicative estimates for standard-size, non-hazmat items. They are not an offer. A binding price exists only in a written quote or service agreement, which may differ based on your product’s size, weight, packaging requirements and volumes.

We may change published prices at any time; changes do not affect quotes already accepted in writing.

4. Examples and results

Case studies, figures and testimonials on the site describe the experience of specific clients. Results depend on the product, market, competition and many factors outside our control. They are not a promise or guarantee of similar results, rankings or revenue.

5. Marketplaces and platforms

Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, eBay and Etsy are trademarks of their respective owners. Stovelo is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them. Marketplace rules change often; we follow them in good faith but cannot control how a marketplace applies them.

6. Content and intellectual property

Text, graphics, illustrations and code on the site belong to Stovelo or its licensors. Some photographs are used under the Unsplash License. You may share links to the site; you may not copy substantial parts of it for commercial use without our written permission.

7. Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stovelo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law of your country says otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
