1. Who we are

This website is operated by Stovelo Ltd, 1220 N DuPont Hwy, Suite 4, Dover, DE 19901, USA (“Stovelo”, “we”, “us”). We provide prep, fulfillment and multichannel e-commerce management services to businesses.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through stovelogistic.com, why we collect it and what you can do about it. It covers this website only — client work is covered by the service agreement you sign with us.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you give us and a minimum of technical data:

• Form data — your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), store or product link (optional), expected monthly volume, your message and, if you used it, your calculator selection.
• Technical data — IP address, the page you sent the form from and the time of the request. We use it to stop spam and abuse.
• Cookies — see section 6.

We do not ask for, and do not want, payment details, marketplace account passwords or sensitive personal data through this website.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your request and prepare a quote (under the GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
• To protect the website from spam and abuse (legitimate interest).
• To keep a record of business correspondence (legitimate interest and legal obligations).

We do not sell your personal information, do not use it for automated decision-making and do not add you to marketing newsletters.

4. Who we share it with

Your request reaches our team through our email provider and, where enabled, a private Telegram channel used by our staff. Our hosting provider stores the website and a copy of submitted forms. These providers process data only on our instructions.

Some providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights in a dispute.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into a business relationship are deleted within 24 months. If you become a client, your contact details are kept for the duration of the relationship and the period required by tax and accounting law.

6. Cookies

The site works without tracking cookies. We store one small value in your browser (local storage) to remember your choice in the cookie notice.

If you click “Accept”, we may use analytics to understand which pages are useful. If you choose “Essential only”, no analytics runs. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• object to or restrict its processing;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;

We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

8. Security

The website uses HTTPS. Form copies stored on the server are not publicly accessible, and access to our inboxes and channels is limited to the staff who handle requests.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
